The 12 Days of Christmas is Hana Wallet’s festive campaign running from December 25th to January 5th. Subscribers receive daily emails with a redeem code or redeem link. These can be used in Hana Wallet for a chance to win token airdrops.

2. How do I sign up for the campaign?

Sign up by visiting subscribe.hanawallet.io/12days. Enter your email, confirm your subscription via the confirmation email, and start receiving campaign emails from December 25th.

4. What happens if I don’t receive the daily email?

If you don’t see the campaign email in your inbox:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Ensure you confirmed your subscription after signing up.

  • Add our email address to your contacts to prevent future emails from being marked as spam.

  • You may have been removed from the list for being a naughty spammer.

5. How do I redeem a code or link?

Open the Hana Wallet app or extension.

  • Paste the redeem code in the designated field or click the redeem link in the email.

  • If you’re lucky, you’ll instantly receive the token reward!

6. Can I win multiple times during the campaign?

Yes! Each daily code or link gives you a new chance to win. Keep checking your emails daily to maximize your opportunities.

7. What happens if I don’t win?

If you don’t win on a given day, don’t worry! You’ll receive another email the next day with a new code or link to try again.

8. Are there any fees or requirements to participate?

There are no fees to participate. The only requirement is that you’re a confirmed subscriber to our campaign emails and have a Hana Wallet set up.

9. Can I join the campaign after December 25th?

Yes! Even if you sign up mid-campaign, you’ll start receiving daily emails for the remaining days of the event. However, you won’t receive codes for the days you missed before signing up.

No, the tokens are distributed based on a chance system. Some users may win while others will have to try again the next day.

11. How can I check if I’ve redeemed a reward?

After redeeming a code or link:

  • Open Hana Wallet and navigate to your token list to check if the tokens have been added.

  • If you don’t see the tokens immediately, wait a few moments for the blockchain to process the transaction.

12. Can I unsubscribe from the campaign?

Yes, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any campaign email. Keep in mind that you will no longer receive daily codes or links if you unsubscribe.

13. Will my redeem codes instantly expire?

No. You are able to check all of your redeem codes until up to four weeks after the 12 Days of Christmas campaign ends.

14. Why did I not receive the confirmation email?

If you’ve signed up in the past and are using a different form to subscribe again, the confirmation email might not be sent depending on your existing subscriber status:

  • Active Subscribers: If your email is already active in our system, you won't receive a new confirmation email since you're already subscribed.

  • Unconfirmed Subscribers: If your previous subscription wasn’t confirmed, you might not receive a new confirmation email. In this case, please contact our support team for assistance via the Support Center.

To ensure you receive campaign emails, confirm your subscription after signing up and check your spam or junk folder for any missed messages.
